{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-13-4712","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 13:4712","heading":"Right to petition for injunction or order of abatement","body":"The issuance of an injunction or order of abatement pursuant to this Subpart may be petitioned for by the following parties: the attorney general of the state of Louisiana, in the name of the state and of the respective parish and without payment of any costs; the district attorney, in the name of the respective parish and without payment of any costs; the sheriff, through his attorney or designated representative, in the name of the respective parish and without the payment of any costs; the governing authority of the respective municipality, parish, or consolidated city-parish government, through its attorney or other designated representative in the name of the respective municipality, parish, or city-parish government and without payment of any costs; the mayor of the respective municipality, through his attorney or other designated representative in the name of the respective municipality; the chief of police of the respective municipality, through his attorney or other designated representative in the name of the respective municipality and without payment of any costs; or any seven residents of the election precinct wherein any nuisance described in this Subpart exists and without payment of costs.","path":["TITLE 13.
