A person found guilty of such contempt shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the parish prison for a period of not more than one year, or both. On conviction for a second or subsequent contempt the offender shall be punished by both fine and imprisonment.","path":["TITLE 13.
