Forgery of a motor vehicle inspection certificate is the knowing or intentional production, manufacture, transfer, or distribution of any fraudulent document or portion thereof intended to serve as a certificate of motor vehicle inspection as defined by the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 32 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.\nB. Whoever commits the crime of forgery of a motor vehicle inspection certificate shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars, imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than five years, or both.","path":["TITLE 14.
