{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-15-571.42","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 15:571.42","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of this Part:\n(1) \"Conditions of probation\" means the specification of formal terms and conditions which a defendant shall fulfill in order to have the charges against him dismissed in accordance with the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure Article 894.\n(2) \"Job intervention program\" means a supervised employment program of probation established by rule in a judicial district pursuant to this Part.\n(3) \"Probation\" means referral of a defendant who has entered a plea of guilty in a misdemeanor or noncapital felony case to a supervised probation program as provided in Code of Criminal Procedure Article 894.\n(4) \"Probationer\" means a person who has been accepted into a job intervention program.","path":["TITLE 15.
