{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-17-1170","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 17:1170","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this Subpart, the words \"teacher\" or \"teaching staff\" shall include any person employed by a city, parish, or other local public school board in the state of Louisiana who holds a valid teaching certificate issued by the state Department of Education and any social worker, school counselor, school nurse, audiologist, educational diagnostician, speech-language pathologist, or school psychologist employed by a city, parish, or other local public school board in the state who holds the appropriate valid professional ancillary certificate issued by the state Department of Education. For a school nurse, a professional ancillary certificate means a Type A, Type B, or Type C certificate.","path":["3046.5 Terminated July 9, 1998.
