For purposes of this Subpart, \"personal insurance\" means private passenger automobile, homeowners, motorcycle, mobile home owners, and noncommercial dwelling fire insurance policies and boat, personal watercraft, snowmobile, and recreational vehicle policies. Such policies must be individually underwritten for personal, family, or household use.
