A \"producer\" means a person licensed as a life and health insurance producer in the state of Louisiana who is appointed or employed by a health maintenance organization to engage in solicitation of membership in such organization. It shall not include a person enrolling members on behalf of an employer, union, or other organization to whom a master group contract has been issued.","path":["SUBPART C-1.
