The provisions of R.S. 22:72 regarding stock and mutual conversions apply to captive insurance companies licensed pursuant to this Subpart.\nC. The provisions of acquisition of control or merger with a domestic insurer provided for in the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Law, R.S. 22:691.1 et seq., apply to captive insurance companies licensed pursuant to this Subpart.","path":["SUBPART C-1.
