Within thirty days after the governor makes her appointments, the commission shall hold its first meeting and select a chairman. The commission shall meet at least four times per year and at the call of the chairman.\nB. Louisiana Works shall provide the staff and facilities needed by the commission to accomplish its tasks.\nC.
