{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-23-62","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 23:62","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this Part:\n(1) \"Community action agency\" means a public agency or private nonprofit corporation having authority under its charter or bylaws, or both, to administer community action programs, which has been designated as a community action agency by the parish governing authority.\n(2) \"Community action program\" means a community based and operated program which provides services, assistance, and other activities of sufficient scope and size to give promise of progress toward the elimination of poverty in a community.\n(3) \"Low income\" means a household income level established by Louisiana Works, after public hearings, below which an individual will be qualified for services delivered through a community action program.","path":["TITLE 23.
