{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-23-663","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 23:663","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have the definitions ascribed in this Section unless the context indicates otherwise:\n(1) \"Commission\" means the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.\n(2) \"Employee\" means any female individual who is employed to work forty or more hours a week and who is employed by the employer.\n(3) \"Employer\" means any department, office, division, agency, commission, board, committee or other organizational unit of the state.","path":["TITLE 23.
