{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-23-993","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 23:993","heading":"Penalties","body":"The penalties for any person who violates R.S. 23:992 shall be as follows:\n(1) A first violation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, regardless of the number of aliens employed, hired, recruited, or referred in violation of R.S. 23:992.\n(2) A second violation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred fifty dollars for each alien employed, hired, recruited, or referred in violation of R.S. 23:992.\n(3) A third or subsequent violation shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more than two thousand dollars for each alien employed, hired, recruited, or referred in violation of R.S. 23:992.","path":["TITLE 23.
