For purposes of this Section, \"donut shop\" shall be defined as an establishment:\n(1) Which sells donuts, pastries, or other confections;\n(2) Does not operate a fully equipped kitchen used for the preparation of uncooked foods, other than donuts, pastries, or other confections, for service and consumption of such foods on the premises; and\n(3) Does not prepare and serve uncooked foods, other than donuts, pastries, or other confections, at least five days a week.","path":["343.
