The corporation shall include the cost of the transfer of its monies to the state treasurer for deposit into the Compulsive and Problem Gaming Fund as required by R.S. 27:270(A)(2) as a budgeted item and expense of the corporation.\nB. The corporation shall require the posting of signs at points of entry to the official gaming establishment to inform customers of the toll-free telephone number available to provide information and referral services regarding compulsive or problem gambling as required by R.S. 28:841. Failure by the licensee to post and maintain such a sign or signs shall be cause for the imposition of a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars per day.","path":["TITLE 27.
