Except as provided in R.S. 27:449, on or after January 1, 2004, no person shall be employed as a video draw poker employee unless that person is the holder of a valid video draw poker employee permit.\nB. There shall be the following categories of video draw poker employee permits:\n(1) Certified technician level one. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(2).\n(2) Certified technician level two. A person issued this permit shall be authorized to conduct the activities as defined in R.S. 27:402(3).\n(3) Repealed by Acts 2009, No. 92, §2.\nC. A video draw poker employee permit shall not be transferable.\nD. The term of a video draw poker employee permit shall be five years.","path":["TITLE 27. [Blank]","PART VIII.
