{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-29-302","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 29:302","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of this Part, the following shall apply:\n(1) \"Agent Orange\" means the herbicide composed of tri-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and di-chlorophenoxyacetic acid.\n(2) \"Department\" means the Department of Veterans' Affairs.\n(3) \"Director\" means the director of veterans' affairs.\n(4) \"Directory\" means the Agent Orange Directory.\n(5) \"Veteran\" means a person who was a resident of the state of Louisiana at the time of his induction into the armed forces of the United States of America or is a resident of this state who served in the armed forces during the years 1958-1972 and who served in, or participated in military activities related to, the Vietnam conflict where exposure to Agent Orange and other chemical defoliants and herbicides may have occurred.","path":["TITLE 29.
