The commissioner is authorized to cooperate with and may enter into cooperative endeavor agreements with any agency of the federal government, any state, any other agency in the state or in the region, or any other person or groups of persons in order to effectuate and carry out the purposes and provisions of this Part. Such cooperative endeavor agreements may provide for cost sharing and for division of duties and responsibilities under this Part and may include other provisions generally to effectuate and carry out the purposes and provisions of this Part.","path":["TITLE 3.
