The secretary shall develop criteria and procedures for licensing or certifying persons engaged in any lead hazard reduction activities covered by this Chapter.\nB. Categories of certification shall include:\n(1) Lead hazard reduction planner.\n(2) Inspector.\n(3) Lead project supervisor.\n(4) Worker.\nC. The secretary may determine additional categories or subcategories of certification as deemed appropriate.\nD. Lead contractors shall be licensed pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 30:2351.4.","path":["TITLE 30.
