{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-30-681.2","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 30:681.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purpose of this Subpart:\n(1) \"Commissioner\" means the secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy.\n(2) \"Department\" means the Department of Conservation and Energy of the state of Louisiana.\n(3) \"Geothermal resources\" means:\n(a) all products of geothermal processes, embracing indigenous steam, hot water, and hot brines;\n(b) steam and other gases, hot water, and hot brines resulting from water, gas, or other fluids artificially introduced into geothermal formations;\n(c) heat, dissolved natural gas, or other associated energy found in geothermal formations; and\n(d) any byproduct derived from them.","path":["TITLE 30.
