Unless another penalty is in this Chapter or by the laws of this state provided, every person convicted of a misdemeanor for the violation of any provisions of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\nB. Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter herein or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a felony shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five years, or by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["TITLE 32.
