{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-33-1994.1","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 33:1994.1","heading":"Maximum consecutive hours of work; minimum consecutive hours off duty thereafter","body":"Except in the case of a bona fide emergency, such as a hurricane, other natural disaster, or terrorist attack, no fireman as defined in R.S. 33:1991(A) shall be required to be on duty with a municipal fire department, parish fire department, or fire protection district for more than seventy-two consecutive hours. Any fireman who has been on duty for seventy-two consecutive hours shall be entitled to be off duty for a minimum of twenty-four hours before being required to return to duty.","path":["TITLE 33.
