The governing authority of the city of Monroe shall be responsible for determining if a building is a dilapidated structure in accordance with the definition listed in this Subpart.\nB. The governing authority shall be authorized to make final determination of whether a building has been repaired or rehabilitated according to adopted regulations. Said determination shall be subject to subsequent re-inspections of the building and a written report by the office of code enforcement.","path":["TITLE 33.
