The secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health may engage in cooperative endeavors, including but not limited to contracts or leases, with any public or private association, corporation, or individual for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the Hot Wells Rehabilitation Center facilities as public facilities for rehabilitation purposes.","path":["TITLE 36.
