Each person who holds a license as a physician assistant in this state shall, upon notification from the board, renew said license by:\n(1) Submitting the appropriate fee as determined by the board.\n(2) Completing the appropriate forms.\n(3) Meeting any other requirements set forth by the board.\nB. A physician assistant seeking licensure renewal will not be required to make a personal appearance before the board, unless the assistant is currently engaged in a licensure revocation or discipline proceeding.","path":["TITLE 37.
