{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-37-2101","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 37:2101","heading":"Definitions","body":"Words and phrases defined below shall when used in this Chapter have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n(1) \"Board of Examiners\" and \"Board\" means the Louisiana State Board of Examiners for Sanitarians.\n(2) \"Sanitarian\" means a person who possesses the necessary qualifications as recognized in this Chapter to carry out inspectional, educational, and investigational duties in the field of environmental sanitation, or who serves as a consultant, supervisor, or administrator of programs and personnel involving such duties.\n(3) \"Sanitarian trainee\" means a person who possesses the necessary academic qualifications as recognized in this Chapter for licensing as a sanitarian, but who does not possess the required year of experience and training in sanitation.","path":["TITLE 37.
