It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to:\n(1) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or aid or abet therein.\n(2) Practice as a nursing facility administrator, under cover of any license or registration illegally or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued.\n(3) Practice as a nursing facility administrator or use in connection with his name any designation tending to imply that he is a nursing facility administrator unless duly licensed and registered to so practice under the provisions of this Chapter.\n(4) Practice as a nursing facility administrator with a license or registration issued under the provisions of this Chapter which is suspended or revoked.\n(5) Otherwise violate any of the provisions of this Chapter.\nB. Such misdemeanor shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year or both.","path":["TITLE 37.
