The board shall fix and collect uniform fees that shall not exceed the following amounts for each type of fee and shall not be refundable:\n(1)\tApplication fee for license to practice chiropractic\t$350.00\n(2)\tCertificate of internship\t$100.00\n(3)\tFor issuing duplicate of any certificate or license\t$ 50.00\n(4)\tCertificate for annual renewal of license\t$350.00\n(5)\tLicense to practice chiropractic\t$150.00\n(6)\tLicense by reciprocity\t$350.00\n(7)\tInactive license renewal\t$ 75.00\n(8)\tCertificate of chiropractic assistant to perform\nchiropractic X-rays$100.00\n(9)\tDelinquent fee, in addition to the renewal fee,\nif not renewed by December 31 of\nthe applicable license period$350.00\n(10)\tApplication fee for examination retake\t$100.00\n(11)\tAnnual X-ray certificate registration\t$ 50.00\nB. All fees received by the board and all fines collected under the provisions of this Chapter shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall place them in a special fund to the credit of the Louisiana Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The board shall have authority to expend the moneys in said fund for the operating expenses of the board and for other expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter.","path":["TITLE 37.
