The board shall fix and collect uniform fees which shall not exceed the following amounts for each type of fee and which shall not be refundable:\n(1)\nApplication fee for license to practice electrology\n$\n200.00\n(2)\nIssuance of duplicate of certificate of license\n$\n25.00\n(3)\nApplication fee for license of electrology school\n(each location)\n$\n500.00\n(4)\nApplication for certificate of annual renewal of\nlicense to practice electrology\n$\n100.00\n(5)\nApplication for certificate of annual renewal of\nlicense of an electrologist school (each location)\n$\n300.00\n(6)\nDelinquency fee\n$\n50.00\n(7)\nApplication fee for license of electrologist\napprenticeship program (each location)\n$\n200.00\n(8)\nApplication fee for certificate of annual renewal of\nelectrologist apprenticeship program (each program)\n$\n100.00\n(9)\nApplication fee for instructor's license\n$\n150.00\n(10)\nApplication fee for certificate of annual renewal\nof instructor's license\n$\n100.00\n(11)\nRe-testing fee\n$\n15.00\nB. All fees received by the board and all fines collected under the provisions of this Chapter shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall place them in a special fund to the credit of the State Board of Electrolysis Examiners. The board shall have authority to expend the moneys in said fund for the operating expenses of the board and for other expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter.","path":["TITLE 37.
