The board shall assess and collect fees as provided in this Section, including the following fees:\n(1)\tApplication fee\t$ 75.00\n(2)\tOriginal massage therapist license fee\t$125.00\n(3)\tAnnual license renewal fee\t$125.00\n(4)\tAnnual license renewal (late fee)\t$100.00\n(5)\tOriginal certificate of registration as a\nmassage establishment fee\t$100.00\n(6)\tAnnual certificate of registration as a\nmassage establishment renewal fee\t$100.00\n(7)\tAnnual certificate of registration\nrenewal, late fee\t$100.00\n(8) Repealed by Acts 2021, No. 324, §3, eff. June 14, 2021.\n(9)\tDirectory fee\t$ 50.00\n(10)\tDuplicate license\t$ 25.00\n(11)\tReturned check fee\t$ 25.00\n(12)\tCopy fee, per page, plus postage and handling\t$ .25\n(13)\tCopies of statutes, rules, and regulations\t$ 15.00\n(14)\tContinuing education provider biennial fee\t$100.00\n(15)\tContinuing education program approval fee\t$ 50.00\nB. Repealed by Acts 2021, No. 324, §3, eff. June 14, 2021.\nC. The fees established in this Section shall not be refundable except under such conditions as the board may establish.\nD. All monies received by the board under this Chapter shall be paid into the treasury of the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy and may be deposited into an account maintained by the board without appropriation for costs of administration and other expenses, and any surplus at the end of a fiscal year or a biennium may be retained by the board for future expenditures and the board is not required to pay such surplus into the general fund of the state of Louisiana.\nE. All funds received and expended by the board shall be audited annually in accordance with R.S. 24:513. The annual audit shall be submitted annually to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget.","path":["TITLE 37.
