All monies received by the board under this Section shall be paid into the treasury of the board.\nB. Fees set by the board under the authority of this Chapter shall include fees for the following purposes which shall not exceed the maximum amounts listed below:\n(1)\tFor application for licensure\t$\t400\n(2)\tFor application for certification\t$\t250\n(3)\tFor application for registration\t$\t50\n(4)\tFor renewal of licensure\t$\t400\n(5)\tFor renewal of certification\t$\t250\n(6)\tFor renewal of registration\t$\t50\n(7)\tFor JE examination\t$\t75\n(8)\tFor late fees\t$\t50\n(9)\tFor reissuance of license or certificate\t$\t15\n(10)\tFor name changes on record\t$\t25\n(11)\tFor background check\t$\t50\n(12)\tLicense verification\t$\t15\n(13)\tInsufficient check fee\t$\t15\n(14)\tFor copies of documents in the board or committee's\npossession\t$2 per page\n(15)\tFor temporary licensure\t$\t125","path":["TITLE 37.
