The fees to be paid for services rendered under the provisions of this Chapter shall be as follows:\n(1)\nFor an examination to determine the\nqualifications of an applicant from\nanother state or country\nto receive a certificate of registration to\npractice barbering\n$ 80.00\n(2)\nFor an examination to determine qualifications\nof an applicant from this state to receive a\ncertificate of registration to practice\nbarbering\n$ 40.00\n(3)\nFor an examination to determine the\nqualifications of an applicant to\nreceive a certificate of registration\nas an instructor\n$ 40.00\n(4)\nFor the issuance of the initial certificate to\noperate a barber college\n$350.00\n(5)\nFor each annual renewal of a barber's\ncertificate\n$ 50.00\n(6)\nFor each issuance or annual renewal of an\ninstructor's certificate\n$ 70.00\n(7)\nFor the restoration of any expired instructor\ncertificate\n$ 70.00\n(plus $10.00 for each year the certificate\nhas been expired)\n(8)\nFor each annual renewal of a certificate to\noperate a barber college\n$ 80.00\n(9)\nFor the restoration of an expired\njourneyman's certificate\n$ 50.00\n(plus $60.00 for each year\nthe certificate has been expired)\n(10)\nFor the restoration of an expired certificate\nfor a barber college\n$350.00\n(11)\nFor the issuance of any duplicate certificate\n$ 5.00\n(12)\nFor shop inspection\n$ 30.00\n(13)\nFor noncompliance penalty for shop\ninspection\n$ 30.00\n(14)\nFor new shop location inspection\n$ 30.00\n(15)\nFor noncompliance penalty for new\nshop inspection\n$ 30.00\n(16)\nFor late renewal of barber's certificate,\nprior to April 1\n$ 60.00\n(17)\nFor late renewal of barber's certificate\non or after April 1\n$110.00\n(18)\nFor late renewal of barber college's\ncertificate prior to April 1\n$100.00\n(19)\nFor late renewal of barber college's\ncertificate on or after April 1\n$160.00\n(20)\nFor the annual renewal of all barber\nshop registrations\n$ 30.00\n(21)\nFor each issuance or annual renewal of an\napprenticeship certificate\n$ 50.00\n(22)\nFor late renewal of an apprenticeship\ncertificate prior to April 1\n$ 60.00\n(23)\nFor late renewal of an apprenticeship\ncertificate after April 1\n$110.00\nB. The board shall waive the initial examination fee provided in Subsection A of this Section for a graduate of a Louisiana barber college who holds a certificate of registered student.\nC. The fee to retake any examination shall be the same as the fee for the initial examination.\nD. The annual registration renewal fee provided in Subsection A of this Section shall be due and payable no later than January thirty-first of each year. If payment is received after January thirty-first, but before March thirty-first, there shall be an additional charge of ten dollars. If payment is received after March thirty-first, there shall be an additional charge of twenty dollars.","path":["TITLE 37.
