The board shall issue a license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this Chapter.\nB. The license shall include all of the following:\n(1) The full name of the license holder.\n(2) A serial number.\n(3) A signature of an appropriate officer of the board under the board's seal.\nC. The issuance by the board of a license is prima facie evidence that during the term of the license the license holder is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a licensed geoscientist.\nD. A licensed geoscientist may engage in the practice of any discipline of geoscience.","path":["TITLE 37.
