{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-38-1503","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 38:1503","heading":"Recording in drainage records","body":"Whenever any law of this state now requires any proceeding of any drainage district or sub-drainage district to be recorded in the mortgage records of the parish or parishes in which the drainage or sub-drainage district is located, the proceedings shall not be recorded in the mortgage records but shall be recorded in the book of drainage records. This recordation shall be a full compliance on the part of the clerk and recorder with the requirement of the law designating the proceedings to be recorded in his mortgage office, and shall be a full compliance with the requirement of any provision of the drainage laws requiring any proceeding to be recorded in any mortgage office.","path":["TITLE 38.
