The commissioner shall ensure the website includes a dedicated funds database that is electronically searchable by the public.\nB. All state agencies shall be required to provide information pursuant to this Subpart that contains the electronic database of reports supported by appropriations from dedicated funds required by R.S. 49:308.5(B).\nC. The dedicated funds database shall include access to the report on special funds prepared by the state treasurer as required by R.S. 49:308.3(E).\nRepealed by Acts 2023, No. 446, §4, see Act.","path":["TITLE 39.
