Uniform space standards. The division of administration shall prepare and utilize a uniform set of standards for determining space needs for state agencies. These standards shall also provide for a uniform method of measuring square footage or other measurements used as the basis for lease payments or other charges.\nB. Inventory of state space. The division of administration shall conduct and maintain a complete inventory of state space, both owned and leased.\nC. Evaluation of space utilization. The division of administration shall evaluate the utilization of all leased space on a continuing basis to determine the feasibility of locating state agencies in buildings to be purchased and/or constructed by the state.","path":["TITLE 39.
