{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-40-1191.1","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 40:1191.1","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this Part, the following terms have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Final disposition\" means the burial, cremation, or other disposition of the remains of a human fetus following fetal death.\n(2) \"Health facility\" means a facility licensed by the Louisiana Department of Health to provide health services.\n(3) \"Miscarried child\" means the fetal remains resulting from a spontaneous fetal death that does not require compulsory registration pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 40:47.","path":["TITLE 40.
