It shall be administered by the Department of Public Safety.\nThe fire college shall hold annual sessions at a time and place determined by the department. At these sessions it shall instruct the representatives of the paid, part-paid, and volunteer fire departments of the state who are sent there in all the approved modern methods of fire-fighting, rendering first aid in case of drowning or asphyxiation, etc., and in all the modern methods of preserving life and property.","path":["TITLE 40.
