{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-40-1742.1","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 40:1742.1","heading":"Additional fine for enforcement of accessible parking regulations","body":"In addition to all fines, fees, costs, and punishment authorized for violation of accessible parking regulations, any parish or municipality which institutes a formal accessible parking enforcement program to assist the law enforcement agency in enforcing such regulations may, by ordinance, provide for and enforce an additional twenty-five dollar fine for each violation of such regulations. The proceeds of such additional fine shall be used by such parish or municipal governing authority exclusively to fund such program.","path":["TITLE 40.
