All nursing homes shall during the admission process provide notification to the applicant that the applicant may receive a copy of the annual licensing survey as well as the telephone number to report complaints, and the applicant shall sign stating they have been so notified.\nB. The failure of a nursing home to comply with the provisions of this Section shall constitute a violation of resident's rights as provided in R.S. 40:2010.8, et seq., and shall constitute grounds for appropriate action by the Louisiana Department of Health.","path":["TITLE 40.
