{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-40-2254.7","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 40:2254.7","heading":"Appeal","body":"A party to a cooperative agreement may appeal, in the manner provided in the Administrative Procedure Act, a final decision by the department to deny an application for a certificate or a decision by the department to revoke a certificate. A revocation of a certificate pursuant to R.S. 40:2254.6 does not become final until the time for appeal has expired. If a decision to revoke a certificate is appealed, the decision is stayed pending resolution of the appeal by the courts.","path":["TITLE 40.
