{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-40-2530.3","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 40:2530.3","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:\n(1) \"Missing person with developmental disabilities\" means a person whose whereabouts are unknown; whose domicile at the time he is reported missing is in this state; and whose disappearance poses a credible threat to the safety and health of himself, as determined by a local law enforcement agency.\n(2) \"Missing senior citizen\" means a person whose whereabouts are unknown; whose domicile at the time he is reported missing is in this state; whose age at the time he is first reported missing is sixty years of age or older; and whose disappearance poses a credible threat to the safety and health of himself, as determined by a local law enforcement agency.","path":["TITLE 40.
