{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-45-1376","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 45:1376","heading":"Compliance","body":"If the holder of a certificate is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in noncompliance with the requirements of this Chapter, the court shall order the holder of the certificate, within a specified reasonable period of time, to cure the noncompliance. If the holder fails to cure in accordance with the court's order, the court may remedy such noncompliance.","path":["TITLE 45.
