All specialized providers, including facilities owned or operated by any governmental, profit, nonprofit, private, or church agency, shall be licensed. Specialized provider licenses shall be of two types: Type I and Type IV.\nB. Child-placing agencies within the Department of Children and Family Services shall be exempt from the provisions of this Chapter. The department is authorized and mandated to perform its child-placing functions in accordance with the standards promulgated by the department for licensed child-placing agencies.","path":["TITLE 46.
