{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-46-1910","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 46:1910","heading":"Coordination of services","body":"The department shall coordinate all services relating to the provisions of this Chapter and provide:\n(1) Institutional services consisting of the management and operation of state institutions providing treatment for delinquents and children in need of supervision.\n(2) Field services which shall include but not be limited to providing probation and parole services, and the development of residential treatment plans.\n(3) Community services which shall include but not be limited to developing programs concerned with delinquency prevention, community-based treatment, and constructive communications with law enforcement agencies.","path":["TITLE 46.
