Each day any person continues to conduct any business in violation of this Subpart, shall constitute a separate offense.\nAny person authorized under law to issue licenses who issues a license without compliance with the provisions of R.S. 51:281 shall be punished as provided for under existing laws for such offense.","path":["TITLE 51.
