However, to every package containing such carcasses or parts thereof shall be affixed a tag or label, upon which shall be plainly printed or written the name and license number of the person to whom the breeder's license was issued who is thus transporting; the number of carcasses or portions thereof contained therein; and a statement that the animals or birds were killed and tagged in accordance with the provisions of this Sub-part.","path":["TITLE 56.
