{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-56-265","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 56:265","heading":"Trespass on marshlands to trap or hunt fur bearing animals","body":"No person shall go upon marsh or low prairie lands, or swamplands belonging to another, without the consent of the owner or of one authorized to grant consent; and there capture, catch, trap, take, shoot, or ensnare any alligator, mink, muskrat, nutria, otter or raccoon; nor attempt to commit, or be upon such lands for the purpose of committing, any such act; nor aid, assist, or abet another to commit or to attempt to commit any such act; nor conspire with another for any of such purposes. Violation of this Section is a class two violation.","path":["TITLE 56.
