After such a determination, the commission may adopt rules or regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to restrict the retention of southern flounder caught as by-catch on any shrimping trip until such time as the department determines the stock has recovered from an overfished or overfishing status.","path":["TITLE 56.
