A participating state shall recognize the suspension of license privileges of a person by another participating state as though the violation resulting in the suspension satisfies each of the following:\n(1) Had occurred in the home state.\n(2) Could have been the basis of the suspension of license privileges in the home state.\nB. A participating state shall communicate suspension information to other participating states in the form and with the content as contained in the compact manual.","path":["TITLE 56.
