The legislature acknowledges that the White Lake Property provides an opportunity for, and an obligation on, the state to preserve a scarce fresh water ecosystem and to conserve and protect in perpetuity a relatively natural habitat of fish, wildlife or plants or similar ecosystem.","path":["TITLE 56.
